Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) Based on a national, Evidence Based Model, PACT provides comprehensive, locally based treatment for adults with severe and persistent mental illness living in the community. The program operates as a self-contained, mobile team that provides counseling, crisis stabilization, psychiatric medication services, substance abuse treatment, vocational rehabilitation, and housing support services. Clients are referred directly from the Department of Mental Health. |
