Clinical Manager – Child Outpatient Team
This exciting career opportunity is for a seasoned clinician with supervisory experience. Duties include; multi-site clinical and administrative leadership of the child outpatient clinical team. The position provides direct clinical services to clients and provides both clinical and administrative supervision to staff. Requirements include Master’s Degree in Social Work and LICSW licensure; third party reimbursable; and a minimum of 5 years direct clinical experience working with children, youth and families. Prior management experience preferred.
CSA Senior Care Coordinator/Team Leader
Reports to the Director of Child & Family Services through the Program Director. The Senior Care Coordinator supervises other Care Coordinators. S/he also facilitates the development of a Care Planning Team (CPT) in order to comprehensively assess the need for educational, therapeutic, social, medical or other services. In conjunction with the family, Family Partner, care providers, natural supports and case managers from child serving programs, develops an Individual Care Plan (ICP) and risk management/safety plan which supports the achievement of goals identified by the family. This position also provides team leadership, clinical and administrative supervision of a designated number of Care Coordinators. Master’s degree in a relevant field and LICSW required.. Minimum of three (3) years experience working with families with Serious and Emotionally Disturbed (SED) children, adolescents and their families. Familiarity with child & youth serving programs with at least (1) year supervisory experience in child and family systems. Must have or be able to acquire Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) certification no later than immediately upon hire. Bilingual/Bicultural/Culturally Competent in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.

Reports to the CSA Program Director through the Senior Care Coordinator/Team Leader. LICSW-Child Outpatient Team
Reports to the Director of Child and Family Services through the Clinical Manager (Clinical Manager is direct supervisor). Provides individual, family and group therapy to children/adolescents and their family, and associated services as indicated. Working with families with Serious and Emotionally Disturbed (SED) children, adolescents and their families. Familiarity with child & youth serving programs with at least (1) year supervisory experience in child and family systems. Must have or be able to acquire Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) certification no later than immediately upon hire. Bilingual/Bicultural/Culturally Competent in Spanish or Portuguese preferred. Master’s Degree in relevant mental health field. Relevant professional licensure required, LICSW. Minimum of two (2) years experience in a Mental Health environment. Relevant child/adolescent and family experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability highly preferred.
CSA Senior Family Partner/Team Leader
Reports to the Director of Child and Family Services through the Program Director. The Senior Family Partner provides team leadership, clinical and administrative supervision of up to of a designated number of Family Partners. In addition, s/he provides and ensures a structured, one-to-one, strength-based relationship to a parent/caregiver for the purpose of resolving or decreasing a youth’s emotional and behavioral needs by improving the capacity of the parent/caregiver to parent the youth so as to improve the youth’s functioning as identified in the youth treatment plan(s). Bachelor’s degree in a human service field and one year of experience with youth with SED; Experience navigating any of the child and family servicing systems and teaching family members who are involved with the child and family serving systems. Minimum of (1) year relevant Supervision experience
LICSW Clinician – North Harbor Adult Team (Boston, Revere, E. Boston, Chelsea)
Provides a broad range of clinical services to adults in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include but not limited to evaluations, crisis intervention, participation in a multidisciplinary treatment team, and clinical supervision to interns as needed. Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and a minimum of one (1) year experience post Master’s. Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) preferred.
Clinician – FST/Homebase Team
Provide a broad range of clinical services for clients and social work leadership through individual, group and family modalities. Master’s degree required. Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) required. Minimum of two (2) years experience in a Mental Health Environment. Bilingual (Spanish) ability preferred. A valid Mass. Driver’s license and access to a vehicle needed.
Master’s Level Clinician – Conexions Day Treatment
Provides direct behavioral health services to consumers within a day treatment program in a community setting as an integral part of the program’s multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include but not limited to; perform biopsychosocial, multiaxial assessment and diagnosis of potential consumers, formulate and implement individualized consumer-centered treatment plans as part of the treatment team, and facilitate psychoeducational, psychotherapeutic, and/or psychosocial rehabilitative groups with program consumers. Requirements include A minimum of 2 years post-degree experience within a multidisciplinary treatment setting is required. Computer literacy required, preferably in automated medical records system &/or database program(s). Good oral and written skills required.
